About Us

Adrian Hernandez started Stud Improvements, a division of Hernandez Ramirez Properties LLC, in 2017 after more than 10 years honing his craft as an employee for other carpentry, remodeling, and renovation companies. During his years as an employee, and then manager, Adrian spent a lot of time analyzing the practices of his employers and developing a strong sense for how to run a successful, high quality residential contracting company. He took note of the practices that inspired him, as well as the ones that he knew he could improve on.

Adrian’s vision of a professional, honest, timely, high-quality, and reasonably-priced residential contracting company has come to life in Stud Improvements, where he gets to spend his time making sure his client’s goals are achieved in the most time-efficient, cost-effective, and visually appealing way possible. Our entire crew takes pride in their work, and promises a beautiful finished product at the end of each project.
